Booking your Charter.
When you let us know your preferred dates and cruising grounds (by phone, fax or e-mail) we will confirm if these dates are available, pencil your booking and forward you (by fax or e-mail) a Charter Agreement. To confirm your booking sign the Charter Agreement and return with 30% deposit. Penciled bookings will be held for 7 days. |

Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total charter fee is required within 7 days of booking. |

Balance of Payment
Payment in full 30 days prior to charter commencement date. |

Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the commencement of charter will result in a refund of deposit less NZ$250 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days from the commencement of charter will result in a refund, less cancellation fee,
ONLY if a substitute charter can be booked. |

Security Bond (for Overnight & Extended Cruising only)
This is fully refundable after the charter (24 hours), less deductions for any loss or damage caused by the charterers. The Bond payment is payable prior to departure in cash or by credit card (7 days prior to departure if paying by cheque). |

Pick up / Drop Off
SY Irresistible is based at Auckland, where all the charters will be departing from. The boat can be relocated to Waiheke Island free of charge for overnight and extended charters. We are happy to relocate the boat to the cruising-ground you wish to explore.
Relocation to Bay of Islands (Opua) will cost NZ$350.00 each way charged: - both ways for a charter 5-6 days
- one way for a charter 7-9 days
- Relocation of the boat / sailing one way are free of charge for a charter 10 days and more

Provisioning
You might wish to take care of provisioning yourself or pre-order your food and drinks from our list. The boat will be stocked with provisions in time for your charter. All is subject to seasonal availability and we will do our best to substitute where possible. You pay actual price plus 10% pick up & delivery charge. |

Insurance
We strongly recommend all charterers to organize a cancellation insurance in the event your charter is cancelled by you for reasons beyond your control.
We cannot make refunds for cancellations due to weather conditions.
